Åbn en ny Exchange PowerShell, og se, om den opretter forbindelse til Active Directory korrekt.

Cause

  1. Den konfigurerede brugerkonto havde ikke de nødvendige rettigheder (se brugervejledningen til Exchange).
  2. Der blev installeret anden sikkerhedskopieringssoftware (f.eks. Avamar-klient eller NetWorker-klient).
 

Resolution

  1. Konfigurer administratorbrugeren med AppAgent Exchange Admin-konfigurationsværktøjet, hvis det ikke gøres korrekt at give tilladelsen til backupkontoen med rollen Administrator.
  2. Afinstaller den anden sikkerhedskopieringssoftware (f.eks. Avamar eller NetWorker), og genstart værten.
