Symptoms
Data mobility operations with PowerFlex will fail after 15 minutes pass and the Dell APEX Navigator displays the following message:
Provided token is not valid or expired, please activate the system and retry the operation: <Cluster_SWID_ID>

Resolution
Use the following procedure to modify the refresh token:

Extract the Keycloak credentials by running the following command from a PFMP node:
kubectl get secret keycloak-admin-credentials -o json -n powerflex | jq '.data | map_values(@base64d)'

Access the Keycloak UI for the cluster with the following URL format:
<“Cluster URL” + /auth>

Click Administration Console.

Change realm view from master to powerflex.

Click Realm settings in the navigation sidebar.

Enter the Frontend URL in the following format:
<“Cluster URL” + /auth>
You can find this URL in the current page’s URL.

Click Save.
Upon completion, all requests using access tokens and refresh tokens have the ISS field set the Frontend URL value and data mobility operations succeed.
