Symptoms

DD OS 升级后无法访问 Web UI 尝试访问网页并获得状态 404 Not found。

Cause

未过期的根 CA 不再受信任。这会阻止 PowerProtect DD System Manager （DDSM） 加载或成功登录。 

此问题不限于以下 DD OS版本：

  • DD OS 8.4
  • DD OS 8.3
  • DD OS 7.13.1.40

Resolution

重新生成“连接到远程主机时出错：可能需要在“日志条目之间重新建立相互信任。使用以下文章中的说明重新生成 CA。

Data Domain：由于 https 证书过期，Web UI 无法访问
