증상
A VxRail event VXR500SUP0556 occurs, and a red alarm is displayed in the vCenter portal.
원인
Some components are unable to update their firmware.
해결
다음을 수행합니다.
- 컴퓨터 전원을 끄고 전원 코드를 뽑습니다.
- Wait for 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord, power on the server, wait for iDRAC to be fully ready and the device to be available in the firmware inventory, and then retry the firmware update operation.
