워크플로 로그의 오류 메시지:

cannot open dir "." (\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy6\<folder/file path>): No such file or directory
File E:\<folder/file path>\ could not be opened and was not backed up. (No such file or directory)
작업 로그의 오류 메시지: 
91579:save: Unrecoverable readfile error captured, backup will not complete.
127945:save: read failed on \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy15\<folder\file path>: No such file or directory
클라이언트 속성에서 VSS를 해제하면 백업이 성공합니다.

원인

백업이 시작되는 동안 생성된 섀도우 복제본이지만 백업이 완료되기 전에 volsnap 이벤트로 인해 삭제되었습니다.
Windows 시스템 이벤트 로그 - EventID 25. 
The shadow copies of volume E: were deleted because the shadow copy storage could not grow in time. Consider reducing I/O load on the system or choose a shadow copy storage volume that is not being shadow copied.
스토리지 컨트롤러의 펌웨어 및 드라이버는 6~8년 전입니다.

해결

Wintel 관리자가 펌웨어 및 드라이버를 업데이트한 후 문제가 해결되었습니다.
