EKM(Extensible Key Management) 서버가 응답하지 않습니다. 서버가 연결되어 있는지 확인합니다.

위와 같이 CurrentState를 찾고, OK로 설정하면 오류를 무시할 수 있습니다. OK(경고 또는 오류)가 아닌 경우 아래의 문제 해결 단계를 진행합니다.

문제 해결

수신된 알림 메시지에 표시된 서버를 찾아 Ping을 시도합니다.

resourcesvc.log에서 문제에 대한 메시지를 확인합니다. EKM server:Command: 
grep /opt/emc/caspian/fabric/agent/services/object/main/log/<EKM Server Name> resourcesvc.log
예:

There was some error verifying connection to EKMServer {will have failed server name} in cluster. {will have failure detail}
오류는 환경에서 가능한 네트워크 문제를 나타냅니다. ECS와 EKM 서버 간의 통신이 차단되거나 EKM 서버 자체를 사용할 수 없을 수 있습니다. ECS가 EKM 서버를 ping할 수 있는지 확인하고 사용자에게 EKM 서버가 작동하는지 확인하도록 안내합니다.

문제를 해결할 수 없는 경우 ECS 지원 팀에 서비스 요청을 개설하여 위에서 수집한 정보를 지원합니다.
