Найдите CurrentState, как указано выше. Если установлено значение OK, ошибку можно игнорировать. Если состояние «Не в порядке» (отображается предупреждение или ошибка), выполните указанные ниже действия по устранению неисправностей.

Поиск и устранение неисправностей

Найдите сервер, указанный в полученном оповещении, и попробуйте отправить на него ping:

Проверьте resourcesvc.log наличие сообщений о проблемном сервере EKM:
Команда: 
grep /opt/emc/caspian/fabric/agent/services/object/main/log/<EKM Server Name> resourcesvc.log
Пример. 
The command will return output in the following format:
There was some error verifying connection to EKMServer {will have failed server name} in cluster. {will have failure detail}
Ошибки указывают на возможную проблему в сети в среде. Возможно, связь между ECS и сервером EKM заблокирована или сам сервер EKM может быть недоступен. Убедитесь, что ECS может проверить связь с сервером EKM с помощью ping, и посоветуйте пользователю проверить работоспособность сервера EKM.

Если проблему решить не удастся, отправьте сервисную заявку в службу поддержки ECS, чтобы воспользоваться собранной выше информацией.
