Oorzaak

EKM-servern (Extensible Key Management) svarar inte. Kontrollera att servern är ansluten.

Kontrollera status

Leta efter CurrentState enligt ovan, om den är inställd på OK kan felet ignoreras. Om det inte är OK (varning eller fel), fortsätt med felsökningsstegen nedan.

Felsökning

Hitta servern som anges i det mottagna varningsmeddelandet och försök att pinga den:

Kontrollera resourcesvc.log för meddelanden om problemet EKM server:
Kommando: 
grep /opt/emc/caspian/fabric/agent/services/object/main/log/<EKM Server Name> resourcesvc.log
Exempel: 
The command will return output in the following format:
There was some error verifying connection to EKMServer {will have failed server name} in cluster. {will have failure detail}
Felen indikerar ett möjligt nätverksproblem i miljön. Kommunikationen mellan ECS och EKM-servern kan vara blockerad, eller så kan själva EKM-servern vara otillgänglig. Kontrollera att ECS kan pinga EKM-servern och uppmana användaren att kontrollera att EKM-servern fungerar.
