NMDA: DB2-back-ups mislukken elke nacht willekeurig met fout 3

NMDA DB2-back-up mislukt met Error 3
DB2 back-up mislukt met foutmelding 'lgto_auth for `nsrmmd' failed: busy'
Er zijn geen netwerk- of firewallproblemen gevonden.

Er zijn 1000-en van onderstaande berichten in /nsr/logs/daemon.raw In storageknooppunt:

• "5004-nfs lookup failed (nfs: No such file or directory)"
• "invalid save stream"
• "Cannot stat active file"
• "unable to collect deduplication statistics"
• "was aborted and removed from volume"

Het probleem is opgelost nadat u de onderstaande wijzigingen hebt doorgevoerd. Er is niet één hoofdoorzaak, maar het maken van een nieuw apparaat en het instellen van de onderstaande parameters heeft het meest geholpen:

1. Eén nieuw apparaat toegevoegd aan het storageknooppunt.
2. Gelijkmatig verdeelde back-ups over de storageknooppunten (doelsessie).
3. Gewijzigde begintijden van back-ups.
4. Deze parameters zijn toegevoegd in NMDA DB2-applicatie-informatie:

NSR_MAX_START_RETRIES=50
NSR_FXBUSY_RETRIES=10
NSR_MMDB_RETRY_TIME=10

5. Time-out bij inactiviteit verhoogd tot 300, Opnieuw proberen=2, Vertraging opnieuw proberen=10 in de eigenschappen van de back-upactie.
