GDDR: Enhancement: Support for external devices will be added to GDDR

Symptomen

External devices are not currently controlled within GDDR. 

This enhancement will add support for external (ADCOPY-DISK) devices in a Concurrent or Cascaded SRDF/Star with Consistency Group configuration to be configured as R11-R21-R22 device triplets, same as for the regular SRDF/Star devices.      
 
Although the topology is similar, ADCOPY-DISK devices  will continue to offer reduced features. There is no       
differential re-synchronization capability, resulting in a complete re-synchronization for these devices in site-swap
scripts. No guarantees are made about data availability at the remote site in unplanned scenarios.
