Symptomen

Een NetWorker Module for Databases and Applications (NMDA) DB2-clientresource kan niet worden gemaakt vanuit de NetWorker Management Console (NMC). De wizard voor het maken van de client reageert niet meer.
Er wordt een kernbestand gegenereerd onder /nsr/cores/nsrdb2ra

Er zijn twee DB2-instances met twee verschillende versies uitgevoerd op hetzelfde clientsysteem.

Oplossing

NMDA biedt geen ondersteuning voor twee db2-instanties die met twee verschillende versies op dezelfde client worden uitgevoerd.
