Dit is een softwareprobleem.

1) Meld u aan bij het Avamar Utility Node-besturingssysteem als rootgebruiker.

2) Wijzig de toestemming van preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Start de tomcat-service opnieuw op 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
