Châssis VRTX: Arrêt inattendu

Symptomen

- Le châssis VRTX est mis hors tension de manière inattendue.
- Tous les serveurs lames et modules d’E/S sont également désactivés.
- Les blocs d’alimentation semblent être en bon état.
- Le châssis et les lames s’allument tous ensuite, mais rien ne s’affiche dans les journaux.

Oorzaak

Le problème a été identifié avec mc firmware v 3.30.x

Oplossing

Ce problème est résolu dans la révision 3.40 du CMC.

 

Selon les notes de mise à jour:

Version 3.40 ------------

* Délai d’expiration inattendu basculement/redémarrage automatique du CMC

* Correctif pour la mise hors tension du châssis

* La logrotation ne fonctionne pas pour /tmp/d5netd.start

* Les traps SNMPv3 ne sont pas conformes à la norme RFC3414, ce qui représente un risque pour la sécurité

 

Une autre mise à jour, v3.41, a été mise à disposition et contient également le correctif.
