Mogelijk ontvangt u de volgende foutmelding tijdens het opstarten: Operating System Loader heeft geen handtekening. Niet compatibel met Secure Boot. Alle opstartbare apparaten hebben de verificatie voor veilig opstarten niet doorstaan.

Oorzaak

Het probleem wordt veroorzaakt doordat de Microsoft UEFI Certificate Authority (CA) standaard is uitgeschakeld in het BIOS.

Oplossing

Schakel Microsoft UEFI CA in het BIOS in om het probleem op te lossen.

  1. Opstarten in het BIOS Raadpleeg voor meer informatie het Dell Knowledge Base-artikel UEFI (BIOS) System Setup openen vanuit Microsoft Windows op uw Dell computer.
  2. Ga naar het menu Opstartconfiguratie.
  3. Zorg ervoor dat Enable Microsoft UEFI CA On is.

  4. Pas Changes enExit toe om opnieuw op te starten.
