Under ExAsArchive log we have the following details:

Current memory usage 1527 mb is greater than high water 1310 mb.  Throttling RPC retrieval threads to 1 of 512.

Causa

The issue only affected one of the SourceOne Archive servers, therefore the issue was not related to SourceOne components. The issue was defined to be related with environmental issues on the affected machine.

Resolução

In order to resolve the crashing issue, you must create a new machine and install the SourceOne components on it. Once you have validated that the new machine as no issues, please engage SourceOne Support to decommission affected old SourceOne server.
