Разрешение
Dell Technologies recommends updating the PM1733a/PM1735a drive firmware at the earliest available opportunity to avoid future occurrences of this error condition.
Dell Samsung PM1733a and PM1735a drives can both be updated using these new firmware versions
Once a drive has entered into a failed state, it is not possible to recover or update it.
Upgrade the firmware version to 1.2, which contains the fix. PowerFlex packages that include the fixed firmware:
RCM
- 3.7.8
- 3.8.3
IC
- 48.378.00
- 48.383.00
If an upgrade is not feasible, the Single Component Upgrade (SCU) feature can be utilized to update the drive firmware for changes out of the RCM or IC compatibility matrix.
