一部のユーザーの環境では、参照の試行中にWindows GLRサーバーまたはプロキシが再起動する場合もあります。

Hyper-V、Exchange、SharePoint、SQL(TLR)用のAvamar GLRプラグインには、サード パーティー製ドライバー「ELDOSドライバー」が組み込まれています。

このコンポーネントは、後でItempointツールを使用して完了するGLRまたはTLR操作を実行するために、データベースのAvamarバックアップ パスをマウントするために必要です。

そのELDOSドライバーは、新しいWindowsオペレーティング システム(Windows 2022以降)をサポートするための最新の拡張機能を持たない以前のバージョンです。これにより、前述の障害が発生します。

そのため、Windows 2022以降ではGLRまたはTLRリカバリーはサポートされていません。これは、Avamarサポート マトリックスにも反映されています。
