在某些用戶環境中，也可能會導致 Windows GLR 伺服器或 Proxy 在瀏覽嘗試期間重新啟動。

適用於 Hyper-V、Exchange、SharePoint 及 SQL （TLR） 的 Avamar GLR 外掛程式具有內嵌的第三方驅動程式「ELDOS 驅動程式」。

此元件是掛接資料庫 Avamar 備份路徑的必要元件，以完成稍後使用 Itempoint 工具完成的 GLR 或 TLR 作業。

ELDOS 驅動程式是舊版，沒有最新增強功能來支援較新的 Windows 操作系統 （Windows 2022 及更新版本）。這會導致上述的故障。

因此，Windows 2022 及更新版本不支援 GLR 或 TLR 復原，也會反映在 Avamar 支援矩陣中。

Dell 工程與產品管理團隊正在評估替代方案，以取得最佳可行的選項。
