此组件是装载数据库的 Avamar 备份路径以完成稍后使用 Itempoint 工具完成的 GLR 或 TLR 操作所必需的。

ELDOS 驱动程序为较早版本，没有最新的增强功能来支持较新的 Windows 操作系统（Windows 2022 及更高版本）。这会导致上述故障。

因此，Windows 2022 及更高版本不支持 GLR 或 TLR 恢复，这也反映在 Avamar 支持矩阵中。
