Customers and users are seeking information about VPLEX SRA compatibility with VPLEX and Metro node clusters.

Причина

VPLEX SRA is incompatible with VPLEX and Metro node cluster.

Разрешение

  • End of Support: VPLEX SRA reached End of Support (EOS) several years ago and is no longer maintained or supported.
  • Last Supported Version: The last supported version, 6.1.0.126, has now reached End of Support (EOS).
  • Escalation: Since SRA is EOS, it cannot be escalated to VPLEX or Metro node escalation engineering.
  • Compatibility:
    • SRA has NOT been tested or developed for:
      • VPLEX GeoSynchrony versions 6.2 Patch 7 and later
      • Metro node versions 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x
    • Therefore, it cannot be used in these environments.
