解密代理尝试扫描磁盘上的所有文件和文件夹，如果遇到 受保护的 文件或文件夹，则可能会停止解密。在这种情况下，筛选器级别的驱动程序可能会阻止对某些文件夹和文件的访问，这将使解密代理无法扫描这些文件的加密状态，并在必要时对其进行解密。如果发生这种情况，解密代理永远不会完成解密扫描处理，并且不会卸载 Dell Encryption 驱动程序。

此行为没有补救措施。想要解密端点的客户必须删除创建受保护文件和文件夹的软件，以允许解密完成。一旦解密完成，软件就可以重新安装到端点。
