Details Fatal Alert received: {48}
Причина
The following explains his alarm:
The TLS protocol defines fatal alert code 48.
This error means the following:
"Received a valid certificate chain or partial chain, but the certificate was not accepted because the CA certificate could not be located or could not be matched with a known, trusted CA. This message is always fatal."
Разрешение
If this alarm is intermittent, it might be a network issue such as some package corruption.
If this alarm is occurring repeatedly, the customer must investigate the certificate status along with the CA certificate chain.
