Инструкции
Information:
- Post Standard Support (PSS) is for products that are no longer eligible for Basic, ProSupport, or ProSupport Plus.
- It offers customers a short-term extension of hardware support while they plan and implement their next technology refresh.
Post Standard Support Does not include:
- Software issues, how to questions, hotfix, firmware upgrade support, IPS, or engineering support
PowerProtect Data Domain systems which are PSS regardless of their DDOS version as per contractual agreement are eligible for Hardware Support only.
For models under PSS, dial-home service request (SR) creation for Software alerts is disabled. All Hardware alerts continue to generate Dial Home SR.
Software alerts are not covered per the PSS policy, but may be supported through a billable Time and Materials (T&M) Service Request.
- If you receive a Software alert and would like it to be investigated, open a case with Dell Technical Support. This Service Request goes to T&M first.
