Инструкции
The following steps can be used to find your Dell PowerScale Cyber and Disaster Recovery Suite (Superna) Software ID (SWID) in order to engage Dell Support.
There are two methods that you can employ:
- Using the Software and License Central Portal
- Using the License Authorization Code (LAC) Letter
Using the Software and License Central Portal
- Log in to your Dell My Account using your account email and password.
- Go to the Software Licenses page
- In the license table, find your product license. If you have multiple licenses, search by Order Number or Product Name to locate the correct one.
- Select the license that you want to get the Software ID for.

- Once you identify the appropriate license that you are looking for, click the Actions on the right, and select View Certificate Details.

- This action takes you to the View Certificate page for that specific license where you find the License Key. Click the Actions button to the right and select View Certificate. This opens the Certificate Details page for the selected License.

- Click the Product and Software IDs tab to find the Software ID required to open a Service Request

Using the License Authorization Code (LAC) Letter
Customers find their product SWID in the License Activation email sent to them. Example below:
