PPVE- PPVE alerts in kernel logs

Symm H/W to apply Fix 93451 Symm on the box .
Then  un-present the duplicate  LUNs, HBA rescan, re-present the LUNs, and rescan HBA.

This is NOT a Powerpath  issue

There has been similar issues reported when NMP is being used instead of Powerpath.

In all host environments, it is best practice to not provision the secondary R2 devices to the host before activating SRDF/Metro.
This allows the operating system and multi-pathing software to cleanly detect new paths to the R2 devices when SRDF/Metro reaches Active mode.
