Symptoms

Output from the ddcfg get command shows that the link is inactive.

 # ddcfg get
# +++ S/N (null) inactive +++

The ddboost info command shows the following error:

# ddboost info
DDBoost SDK 7.10.0.0-1015307

error: ddp_connect(192.168.30.130,cybersense_admin): 5075 the user has insufficient access rights

Cause

The ddboost user accounts on the Data Domain were locked.

 

Resolution

Unlock the ddboost user accounts on the Data Domain.
Run the command again to confirm the link is active and the error is resolved.

# ddcfg get
