El agente no se puede registrar en el servidor con NullReferenceException

Productos afectados:

• Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise
• Dell Endpoint Security Suite Pro

El usuario final advierte que Advanced Threat Prevention no está activado y comprueba los archivos de registro de DellAgent en:

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection

Observa el siguiente mensaje de error:

No se aplica

Ejecute este comando para comprobar el repositorio de WMI:

winmgmt /verifyrepository

Si se encuentra que es incoherente, ejecute este comando:

winmgmt /salvagerepository

Haga clic con el botón secundario en el icono de Dell Data Security en la bandeja del sistema y seleccione Buscar actualizaciones de políticas, el agente se registra y, después de unos minutos, Advanced Threat Prevention se vuelve verde.
