SourceOne Offline Access Displays HTML or RTF Messages as Plain Text in Outlook 2016

SourceOne Offline access retrieves HTML or RTF messages as plain text with Outlook 2016 and Offline Access 7.2 SP3 or 7.2 SP3 HF1.

Message body which has content like Inline images, tables, and so on, are not shown correctly and the original format of the message is lost.

This issue is indirectly the result of a software defect.

This issue is addressed in Hotfix Bundles (HFBs) or Service Pack versions on or later than 7.2.4.4058. (7.2.4 GA)

Hotfixes are only available for the most current patch or Service Pack versions of the product that were available when this problem was resolved.

• *** When installing Hot Fix Bundles (HFBs), they must be installed in order for ALL fixes to be correctly applied.
• *** It is always recommended to upgrade to the latest version of the SourceOne release, service pack, and Hot Fix Bundle to ensure that all resolved issues are fixed including the issue as stated above.

Issue so far only noticed with Microsoft Outlook 2016 and Offline Access 7.2 SP3 and 7.2 SP3 HF1.
