  1. 引导至 Windows 介质，而不是选择安装 Windows，而是单击左下角的 “修复计算机”链接。
  2. 选择 高级选项，然后选择命令提示符。 
  3. 在该节点上运行 dir 找到 Windows 文件夹，因为安装驱动器号可能会从通常的 C 更改：恢复环境中的驱动器。 
  4. 找到 Windows 文件夹后，将目录切换到 \windows\system32。
  5. 运行以下命令：
mkdir configBak
copy config configBak
cd config\RegBack
run dir and make sure the files we are restoring are not 0 KB.
copy * ..\*
