OpenManage Enterprise:服务插件程序不显示服务器

说明

范围:

在 OpenManage Enterprise (OME) 中查找到并清点的设备反映了自上次成功清点时起的可用信息。如果 OpenManage Enterprise 未检测到设备的新功能,则无法与 Services等插件程序集成。
 

解决方案:

确认 DRAC 响应迅速且可登录。 

  1. OpenManage Enterprise Web 界面中,转至 设备,单击 设备名称,并确认设备摘要加载时没有错误。
  2. 单击 Warranty 并确认设备具有可载入 Services的正确合同。

如果设备显示为暂存或未显示在 OpenManage Enterprise Services 插件程序中,请执行以下步骤:  

提醒:默认情况下,OpenManage Enterprise 每 24 小时运行一次资源清册任务。

 

  1. OpenManage Enterprise > 监测 > 故障处理> 设备中,对设备执行 ping作并确认网络连接。
  2. OpenManage Enterprise设备页面中,单击系统 >资源清册在>设备上运行资源清册。  等待作完成。 
  3. OpenManage Enterprise设备页面中,单击系统 >发现启用>并提供设备凭据。等待作完成。 

如果上述步骤无法解决问题,请在一个或多个设备上尝试以下步骤以强制同步:

  1. OpenManage Enterprise设备页面中,单击系统 >更多作>删除设备。   
  2. 重新启动设备上的 iDRAC。
  3. OpenManage Enterprise设备 页面中,单击 查找 >发现设备,并提供 DRAC 的 IP 和凭据。 
  4. OpenManage Enterprise设备页面中,单击系统 >发现启用>并提供设备凭据。等待作完成。
  5. 在 OpenManage Enterprise Services中验证设备是否正确显示。

在 OpenManage Enterprise 中成功清点设备可将功能扩展到 OpenManage Enterprise 插件(如 Services)。如果问题仍然存在,请确认从 OpenManage Enterprise 到设备的网络连接。
