What’s new?


Dell Technologies Inc. entered into an agreement to sell its RSA business to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and AlpInvest Partners.  More information regarding the sale can be found in the Press Release.  

In anticipation of the sale, Dell has made the strategic decision to retain the BSAFE product line.  To that end, RSA will transfer BSAFE products and customer agreements, including maintenance and support, to Dell Technologies on July 1st, 2020.

What does this mean to you?


Your BSAFE support will be provided by the experts at Dell.  On July 1st, 2020, you will continue to receive the same excellent BSAFE basic or enhanced maintenance and support from Dell’s technical support engineers.

  • Japan: 0120 770 365 -> Press 1 for Support in Japanese.
  • Australia: 1800 335 438 -> Press 7 for Support on Dell products.

Support email requests can be sent to:

Dell will not receive support requests sent to RSA via email or submitted on the web as of July 1st, 2020.  Also, the RSA support phone numbers here will no longer be valid to contact BSAFE customer support starting July 1st, 2020 or shortly thereafter.

Billing update


The entities below will provide all quotes & invoices and receive all purchase orders for BSAFE products and support starting July 1st, 2020.

  • United States: EMC Corporation
  • Japan: EMC Japan K.K. until August 1st, 2020 then Dell Technologies Japan Inc.
  • Australia: EMC Global Holdings Company Australia
  • Korea: Hankook EMC Computer Systems or Hankook EMC Computer Systems Chusik Hoesa
