Symptoms

  •  在 SEL 中觸發關鍵系統入口閾值警示後，伺服器會收到關機要求
 
2020-11-22 17:58:52 10567 SYS1001 系統正在關閉。
2020-11-22 17:58:52 10566 SYS1003 系統 CPU 重設中
2020-11-22 17:58:49 10565 ISM0007 iDRAC Service Module 與 iDRAC 的通訊已結束。
2020-11-22 17:58:47 10564 RAC0704 要求關閉系統電源
2020-11-22 17:58:44 10563 TMP0121 系統入口溫度高於重大閾值上限。

Cause

  • 當嚴重溫度警示動作設為「關機」時，iDRAC 會觸發關機。  
  • 系統進氣溫度不會主動關閉系統。

Resolution

  • 建議設置為“無操作”。
  • 可使用 UI 或 racadm 變更設定。
  • UI：組態 > ：系統設定 > 警示警示組 > 態「機櫃溫度探針」或「溫度」
  • racadm ：「racadm eventfilters set -c idrac.alert.system.tmp.critical -a none -n ipmi， snmp」
