症狀

當 MDM 和 SDC 在同一節點上執行時，網路問題可能會出現，並導致 MDM 中斷連線。
注意：由於此問題正在調查中，因此不清楚在本案例中為什麼會出現網路問題，以及造成網路問題的原因。

事件記錄中會顯示下列訊息類型，表示 MDM 叢集中出現一般不穩定性，其中可看到連線能力問題和主要切換：

影響

MDM 叢集已降級，而此狀態的結果為：

  1. 如果系統是在三個節點的叢集組態中執行，系統會處於單一故障點狀態。
  2. 如果系統是在五個節點的叢集組態中執行，但兩個 MDM 從主要 MDM 中斷連線，則系統會處於單一故障點狀態。

注意：在叢集降級狀態下執行，不會對資料路徑造成任何影響。但是，在單一故障點狀態下執行會增加 MDM 叢集故障的風險因素，進而影響系統處理資料的能力。  

原因

仍在調查中。

解析度

將 MDM 或 SDC 程序移至不同的節點。當這兩個軟體元素在分開的節點上執行時，網路問題不會出現。
