OpenManage Enterprise:服務附掛程式未顯示伺服器

說明

範圍:

在 OpenManage Enterprise (OME) 中探索並清查的裝置會反映截至上次成功清查的可用資訊。如果 OpenManage Enterprise 未偵測到裝置的新功能,則無法整合至 Services 等附掛程式。
 

解決方案:

確認 DRAC 回應迅速,且可存取登入。 

  1. OpenManage Enterprise Web 介面中,前往 裝置,按一下 裝置名稱,然後確認裝置摘要載入時沒有錯誤。
  2. 按一下 保固 ,並確認裝置有正確的服務登錄合約。

如果裝置顯示在暫存中或未顯示在 OpenManage Enterprise Services 附掛程式中,請執行下列步驟:  

注意:根據預設,OpenManage Enterprise 每 24 小時會執行一次清查工作。

 

  1. OpenManage Enterprise > 顯示器 > 故障診斷>裝置,對裝置進行 ping 測試,然後確認網路連線。
  2. OpenManage Enterprise 裝置頁面中,按一下系統 >清查>在裝置上執行清查。  等待操作完成。 
  3. OpenManage Enterprise 裝置 頁面中,按一下 系統 >探索 >上線 並提供裝置認證。等待操作完成。 

如果上述步驟無法解決問題,請在一或多個設備上嘗試以下步驟以強制同步:

  1. OpenManage Enterprise 裝置頁面中,按一下系統 >更多動作>刪除裝置。   
  2. 將裝置上的 iDRAC 重新開機。
  3. OpenManage Enterprise 裝置 頁面中,按一下 探索 >探索裝置,並提供 DRAC 的 IP 和認證。 
  4. OpenManage Enterprise 裝置 頁面中,按一下 系統 >探索 >上線 並提供裝置認證。等待操作完成。
  5. 在 OpenManage Enterprise Services 中確認裝置是否正確顯示。

在 OpenManage Enterprise 中成功清查裝置會將功能延伸至 OpenManage Enterprise 附掛程式,例如 Services。如果問題仍然存在,請確認從 OpenManage Enterprise 到裝置的網路連線。
