原因

Broadcom 已將目前的 ControlVault 驅動程式版本發佈至 Windows Update 目錄。這些包安裝程式包含於 9 月 26 日過期的數位簽名，導致包安裝不完整。

受影響的 ControlVault 驅動程式已從 Windows Update 目錄降級。

  1. 從 Dell 驅動程式與下載頁面下載最新的 Dell ControlVault 驅動程式和韌體。
    • 若為 Latitude 5x50、5440、7x50、9450 二合一和 Precision 3480、3x90、3x91 及 5x90：
      • 下載最新的 Dell ControlVault3 驅動程式和韌體 （6.0.47.93 或更新版本）。
    • 適用於所有其他 Latitude 和 Precision 筆記型電腦 （請參閱驅動程式頁面的「相容系統」一節）：
      • 下載最新的 Dell ControlVault3 驅動程式和韌體 （5.14.15.22 或更新版本）。
  2. 按照安裝程式的指示安裝驅動程式。若要下載和安裝韌體，請參閱如何下載和安裝 Dell 驅動程式。
  3. 重新開機電腦以套用變更。查看問題是否已解決。
