These are the supported Cluster-Witness server SLES versions for each Metro node Geosynchrony code version:

Geosynchrony 7.0.x  SLES 15 SP1 only
Geosynchrony 7.1.x   SLES 15 SP1, SP3 and OpenSUSE 15.3
Geosynchrony 8.0.0  SLES 15 SP1, SP3 and OpenSUSE 15.3
Geosynchrony 8.0.1  SLES 15 SP1, SP3 and OpenSUSE 15.3
Geosynchrony 9.0.0  SLES 15 SP1, SP3 and OpenSUSE 15.x
Geosynchrony 9.1.0  SLES 15 SP3, SP6 and OpenSUSE 15.6 only
Geosynchrony 9.2.0  SLES 15 SP6+ only 

 

Note: OpenSUSE 15.x support ended April 30, 2026, before the Geosynchrony 9.2.0 code release. Currently there is no support for OpenSUSE in 9.2. If there are any changes made regarding SLES or OpenSUSE, this article can be updated.
