Configuring NTP and setting local time zone
Steps
- Open the virtual machine console. See Opening vSphere client console.
- To configure the OMIVV time zone information, click Date/Time Properties.
- In the Date and Time tab, select Synchronize date and time over the network.
The NTP Servers window is displayed.
- To add the NTP server IP or host name, click the Add button, and then press TAB.
- Click Time Zone, select the applicable time zone, and then click OK.
