Procedure

  1. Place the computer on a clean and flat surface with the bottom cover facing up.
  2. Pull the securing tab to release the stability foot from the slots on the bottom cover.
  3. Lift the stability foot off the bottom cover.Image: Removing the stability foot
  4. Lay the computer on its side.
