Viewing machine logs

If you encounter any errors or issues with the machine, it may be useful to view the logs for troubleshooting purposes.

To view machine logs:

  1. In the Core Console, click Tools > Diagnostics > View Log . The Download Core Log page appears.
  2. Select Click here to begin the download . A message will appear alerting you to open or save the file.
  3. Choose your preferred method for handling the log file.
