Procedure

  1. In sequential order (as indicated on the thermal-cooling assembly), loosen the captive screws that secure the thermal-cooling assembly to the system board.
  2. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
  3. Lift the thermal-cooling assembly off the system board.
