Procedure

  1. In sequential order (indicated on the heat sink), remove the four screws (M2x3) that secure the heat sink to the system board.
    NOTE The fourth screw is covered by tape. Remove this screw before lifting the heat sink from the system board.
    NOTE For configurations shipped with integrated graphics, the heat sink has only three screws (M2x3).
  2. Lift the heat sink off the system board.
