Installing the I/O-board FPC
CAUTION:The information in this
installation section is intended for authorized service technicians only.
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following image indicates the location of the I/O-board FPC and provides a
visual representation of the installation procedure.Figure 1. Installing the I/O-board

Steps
- Slide the I/O-board FPC beneath the WLAN antenna cables.
- Connect the I/O-board FPC to the connector on the system board and close the latch to secure the cable in place.
- Connect the other end of the I/O-board FPC to the connector (IO) on the I/O board and close the latch to secure the cable in place.
