Introduction

This document provides a reference for using the PowerFlex command-line interface (CLI) to work with your system.

The PowerFlex CLI is intended for users who want to interactively manage a PowerFlex system, or to use commands in scripts for automating routine tasks.

PowerFlex file and file services are supported only for PowerFlex systems with PowerFlex Manager 4.6.x and earlier.

Integrated PowerFlex management (non-KVM) was previously known as co-resident. Customer-provided infrastructure for PowerFlex management (Linux/KVM) was previously known as bring your own Linux. References in the documentation will be updated over time.
