PowerVault ME5 reports an invalid firmware bundle on the controller. Power down and ensure that the SAS cables are connected in the right order per the deployment guide. The correct firmware is applied once the attached enclosures, then the ME5 enclosure are powered on.

Using PowerVault Manager an administrator will not see the ability to delete an unmapped and undiscovered initiator.  Use the command line interface (CLI) instead.

If a disk does not belong to an active disk group, if it should fail, an alert is not triggered.
