PowerFlex Manager does not support using a vSphere Standard Switch (vSS). PowerFlex Manager-managed deployments require VMware Distributed Virtual Switches (vDS) for automated networking, lifecycle management, and compliance. That is why Resource Group fails to exit LCM when a Standard Switch is detected on vCenter in the PowerFlex environment, even when the Standard Switch is not used by PowerFlex servers and networks.
