This document describes how to install the Common Event Enabler framework in a Windows environment. It provides information on how to install, configure, and manage Common Antivirus Agent (CAVA) and Common Event Publishing Agent (CEPA). CAVA provides an antivirus solution to the clients. CEPA is a mechanism whereby third-party applications can register to receive event notification and context from a system. The Common Event Enabler was formerly called the Celerra Event Enabler and the VNX Event Enabler.
