Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the captive screw that secures the side cover to the chassis.
Pull the release latch to release the cover from the chassis.
Lift the side cover from the chassis.
PCIe External Antenna
Identify the PCIe external antenna location highlighted in blue.
Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
Lift the PCIe card from its slot.
Install
PCIe External Antenna
Identify the PCIe external antenna location highlighted in blue.
Align the PCIe external antenna card with the PCI express card connector on the system board.
Using the alignment post, connect the PCIe external antenna card to the connector and press down firmly.
Lift the pull tab to close the PCIe door.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Align with the tabs and install the side cover on to the chassis.
Tighten the captive screw to secure the side cover to the chassis.
