Removal
System Cover
- Identify the system cover highlighted in blue.
- Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, rotate the lock counterclockwise to the unlock position.
- Lift the latch until the system cover slides back.
- Hold the cover on both sides and lift it away from the system.
Air Shroud
- Identify the air shroud highlighted in blue.
- Hold the air shroud on both sides, then lift it out of the system.
Auxiliary Air Shroud (Left)
- Identify the auxiliary air shroud highlighted in blue.
- Hold the auxiliary air shroud from the end facing the heatsink, then rotate and lift it out of the system.
Left Control Panel
- Identify the left control panel highlighted in blue.
- Disconnect the left control panel cable from the attic board.
- Open the cable holder securing the control panel cable.
- Unroute the left control panel cable from the side wall on the system.
- Remove the screws that secure the left control panel to the system.
- Holding the cable, slide and remove the left control panel from the system.
Install
Left Control Panel
- Identify the left control panel location highlighted in blue.
- Route the left control panel cable through the openings on front of the system.
- Align and slide the left control panel into the slot on the system.
- Install the screws that secure the left control panel to the system.
- Route the left control panel cable through the side wall of the system.
- Close the cable holder securing the control panel cable.
- Connect the left control panel cable to the attic board.
Auxiliary Air Shroud (Left)
- Identify the auxiliary air shroud location highlighted in blue.
- Align and tilt the auxiliary air shroud, lower it into the system and press the top surface until it is firmly seated.
Air Shroud
- Identify the air shroud location highlighted in blue.
- Align the air shroud with the standoff and lower it into the system until firmly seated.
System Cover
- Identify the system cover location highlighted in blue.
- Align the tabs on the system cover with the guide slots on the system.
- Close the system cover by pressing down on the release latch.
- Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, rotate the lock clockwise to the locked position.
