How to replace the Memory Module on a Dell Pro Max Plus MB16250

This 3D experience gives you the step by step process of replacing the Memory Module and a Dell Pro Max Plus MB16250. The procedure will also include removing the Sliding Door / Base Cover and reinstalling them.

Removal

Sliding Door / Base Cover

Memory Module

Identify the memory module highlighted in blue.

Using your fingertips, spread apart the securing clips on each end until the memory module pops up.

Slide and remove the memory module from its slot on the system board.

Install

Memory Module

Identify the memory module location highlighted in blue.

Slide the memory module into the slot on the system board.

Press the memory module down until it clicks into place.
