Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the thumbscrews that secure the side cover to the system.
Slide and lift the side cover away from the system.
Front bezel
Identify the front bezel highlighted in blue.
Pry the retention tabs to release the front bezel from the system.
Rotate the front bezel outward from the chassis and remove the front bezel.
Power Button
Identify the power button highlighted in blue.
Remove the screws that secure the front I/O bracket to the chassis.
Slide and remove the front I/O bracket from the chassis.
Disconnect the power button cable from the connector on the system board.
Press the release tabs on the power button head and slide the power button cable out from the front side chassis of the system.
Remove the power button along with its cable from the system.
Install
Power Button
Identify the power button location highlighted in blue.
Insert the power button cable into the slot on the front side of the system.
Press the power button head until it clicks into place on the system.
Connect the power button cable to the connector on the system board.
Align the front I/O bracket with the slots on the chassis.
Install the screws to secure the front I/O bracket to the chassis.
Front bezel
Identify the front bezel location highlighted in blue.
Align the front bezel tabs with the slots on the chassis.
Rotate the front bezel towards the chassis and snap it into place.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the tabs on the side cover with the slots and place the side cover on the system.
Tighten the thumbscrews that secure the side cover of the system.
